During my time with Natural Est. for Beauty Products, one of my duties included selling products. By putting our customers first, it was normal for me to buy and try many of our products in order to offer a real description and my own positive experience of the products to our customers.
I usually offered a variety of choices in a way to make them feel special and comfortable in a convincing and respectful manner. To get the customers attention was to address them in an approachable friendly manner.
My sales experience in La Vie En Rose and Mavi was during my university studies. I was in charge of handling customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. By providing impeccable service to clients, I was able to spread enthusiasm and positive word of mouth across the community. It was important for me to focus on both my job and my studies, therefore time management and being punctual was my priority. I worked extra hard and swiftly without affecting my friendly conduct towards the customer, and I had no problem working under pressure.
There was a healthy competition amongst us the salespeople. I would be alert to receive and accompany any customer as soon as they enter the showroom pointing out our different products. The customer comes first and I used to treat them respectfully and friendly. I convinced the customers by showing them the good quality of our products. I used to advise them on colors and materials according to their style and looks in such a way that they usually bought more than they initially intended.
