Job Description:
•Handle CRM (Customer relationship management) system, and ensures it’s being addressed on a daily basis by managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving business relationships with customers, assisting in customer retention and driving more sales.
•Handle all complaints submitted via social networks, telephone calls, comment cards, and online survey’s feedback to turn negative brand sentiment into a positive one.
•Keep and update a complete matrix of how customer complaints were handled, including follow up of complementary guest visit and final result of their experience.
•Create a monthly report via excel to keep track of complimentary meals.
•Serve as a consumer expert and brand evangelist for BWR corporate employees and franchisees in local market.
•Manage brand asset touch points across all mediums including printing of menus, promotional materials, digital, etc.
•Create annual marketing plan. Revise quarterly plans before beginning of each quarter.
•Create and execute marketing ideas and media plan (online advertisement) based on the approved annual marketing plan within budget guidelines and documents results based on key metrics to ensure proper success measurement for any marketing initiative.
•Present ongoing marketing plans and results to the Director on a quarterly basis.
•Lead the execution and measurement of any e-club, PR, digital and social media initiatives.
•Always thinking of new ideas aligned with the brand and business goals to draw traffic to BWR and develop it.
•Assist market franchisees to determine how to best spend their local marketing dollars in terms of vehicles, offers, measuring payout, and promotion periods.
•Prepare design briefs for any upcoming local marketing campaigns and provides them to the agency to develop, design and create.
•Create a content schedule for social media posts, a quarterly schedule for quarterly events, and a sport’s schedule for all games to be aired on TVs in stores.
•Make Weekly visits to ensure all pieces of promotional materials are in place at least 10 days before launch. Printable items for any promotional event need to be in store for staff training 7 days before the launch of the event.
•Make weekly visits to all branches to ensure all Buffalo employees are well aware of any promotions and activations from top management to the waiters to insure they can answer any customer inquiries about the promotion on the spot.
•Manages pricing strategy to insure BWR is competitive in BWR trade areas.
•Develop surveys and other marketing tools to gather pertinent customer information and insights relevant to the BWR experience.

•Perform other related duties such as following up with printing companies for all designs requested and ensures all material is ready within 1-2 of event.
•Responsible for hosting and monitoring the agenda of events effectively to ensure and event goes smoothly.
