Marketing Executive
KEY ROLES
• Manage all aspects of events coordination and oversee all event deadlines.
• Actively market and organize the events of the company across MENA region. Which
includes UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Egypt.
• Led the company’s marketing team for its launch event in Cairo.
• Market and promote events to attract attendees to conferences and workshops and to
attract trade visitors and exhibitors for the exhibitions.
• Assist in developing creative and relevant promotional copy for event marketing programs and sessions.
• Achieving sales target as defined by the management.
• Maintain the inventory of promotional items required for event support.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive event registrations.

• Assist with the setup of Registration Desks ensuring the smooth flow of the Registration Process during events.
• Oversee the continuous coverage of the Registration Desks in cooperation with subcontracted staff.
• Act as the point of contact for clients before, during and after the event.
• Liaise with concerned departments or persons regarding client requirements; visa travel or
other.
• Handling client complaints and solving the same with help of concerned functional departments in a timely manner.
• Actively involved in post event surveys and recording client response in order to create post event reports as well as to make the upcoming events better.
