Daily consults the expediting section and buyers about goods expected to be received and prepare for proper receiving.
Verifies receipt of incoming supplies and materials against invoice and purchase order; checks items for damage; notes quantities received and any discrepancies in materials or documentation; exercises judgment in accepting or rejecting damaged or incorrect supplies and materials.
Processing goods receiving notes for the materials received.
Issuing inventory and consumables items.
Tagging and identification of materials.
Updating system and records by uploading the goods receiving notes and material issue slip in L3 and SAP.
Making daily materials receiving report for the materials received and sends it to supervisor and End-User.
Making material purchase request for warehouse stock replenishment.
Inventory and stock management.
Supervise and manage daily warehouse operation.
Monitoring incoming and outgoing stocks and managing distribution.
Receiving shipment includes checking the container for torn or damage before opening; inspection of goods if properly packed; checking the quantity, quality and manufacturing/expiry date.
Arranging goods for shipment, monitoring container loading ensure that the quantity is correct and proper piling is followed.
Preparing bills of lading and freight way bills, ensuring shipments have all necessary papers before leaving the warehouse.
Stock inventory.
Weekly report for warehouse transactions, received shipments, outgoing shipments, sales, reservation and expenses.
In charge of nightly night-run operation for the store.
Supervises weekly inventory for the store.
Encodes all manual purchase orders, stock corrections and price changes.
Prepares new signage and rail cards for the selling area.
Closely involved with Audit and Logistics Center.
