CUSTODY TRANSFER

 Maintenance and troubleshooting for control valves, Digital valves controller (SVI 2 series), solenoid valves and on off valves
 Temperature Transmitter, Thermocouples and RTD,
 Level Transmitters Radar, Ultrasonic, Capacitor and DP type.
 Flow Transmitters Vortex, Orifice, Micro Motion and Ultrasonic, Magnetic Meters,
 Pressure indicators and Differential pressure Transmitters.
 Bently Nevada Vibration monitoring systems.
 Coordinate with the originator and agree on priority, execute the job and record the data on System.
 Preventive Maintenance for all Field and Control Room Instruments.
 Responsible for handling instruments, pulling and delivery to site after calibration inspection according to the customer.
 P&ID, ILD, and Function Block Diagram review, Function check, logic check.
 Reading and Implementation of P&ID Drawing, Instrumentation loop Diagram.
 Instrument installation inspection, Calibration, Loop checking from Field to DCS.
 Monitoring and Recording all Technical Data and Documents.
 Involved the plant pre commissioning and loop checking, logic checking, Maintenance and Shutdown jobs.
 Overall Coordination and Planning for Plant Turnaround Covering following Main Activities:-
• Preparation of Turnaround schedules and Packages.
• Monitoring of Turnaround Progress and issue Daily Turnaround Progress Report.
• Issue Shift Activity Report during Turnaround.
• Inspect and Collect Turnaround Materials from Warehouse
