Combine and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages using ingredients like water, fruit juices, soda, coffee and fruit garnishes. Prepare new recipes by making new concoctions and adding them to the bar's specialty. Responsible for operating the bar, cash accounts and inventory efficiently. Choose the right glassware and tools to pour and serve the drinks. Wash, store and maintain the glassware and tools used on daily basis.Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
