Cyber City Teleservices is a large international call center company. The MIS Department provides services to the company in maintenance and generation of different kinds of reports for clients and internal needs. It also supports the company in developing needed software for its business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Maintains programs which are being used to generate reports that are being sent to the clients.
•Review and analyze the existing system being used and enhance existing modules or add new modules to make the system more optimal.
•Develop programs used by the call center representatives and report generators.
•Database Maintenance.
•Consults with Account Executives and US Operations systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required.
•Involved in the more critical and high priority task assigned to MIS.
•On-Call 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week in case some problem arises.

Project Name: SQL Maintenance Tool
Description: Developed the tool that Search and Update records without opening the SQL Enterprise Manager and at the same time automatically logs changes/updates to the record for monitoring purposes.
An android application that will determine the shopping behavior of the consumer by his shopping frequency and it will recommend the customer for a certain product based on the frequency of his buying.
