• Creation of project plans and maintaining the plan in MPP
• Owner of all projects related docs repository
• General Oversight a portfolio of 25 Information security projects
• Ensure project management best practices are employed on all projects in portfolio
• Manage project resource acquisition and allocation, and liaise with outsource service providers
• Played a key role in setting up the PMO office and the best practices
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Act as a point of contact between clients and the internal team
• Create, maintain, and update detailed project plan
• Assist in defining project scope and maintaining the project plan and track the progress of the
project
• Ensure resource allocation and following up with action items before deadline
• Experience in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA and ClickUp
• Major clients: Hospitality industry in UAE (The Marriott’s, Starwood, Habtoor Group etc.)
