1. Providing procedures and advice to obtain the best import method for imports from all destinations. 2. Solve all clearance issues with concert party. 3. Work on specifications. 4. Dealing with new circulars and attending workshops. 5. Follow up on all imports and close the purchase cycle, which includes clearing the shipment from ports and delivering the shipments to warehouses. 6. Follow up on all rejection cases with the concerned departments related to Company's imports and submit all necessary requirements to complete the procedures required to release the shipments, and sometimes go to them if necessary to expedite their procedures. 7. Ensure Duty Exemption is fully utilised to the maximum. 8. Coordinate with clearing agents to close all company guarantees at customs department. 9. Create filing system with easy reference and access of all procurement activities. 10. Makes necessary reviews and audit of all invoices against received items before submission to finance.
