Having the rule of maintaining a high quality of service, problem solving, schedule controller, handling the staff rotation sections, handling the floor maintenance issues, apply the food safety procedures towards the guests and the BOH, managing the communications between the BOH and the FOH in a professional way, handling all the opening and closing procedures, supervising all the trainers and follow up with them step by step with the new commers, implement and Enhance a challenging competition’s regarding the floor staff to increase the spirit of confidence and train them so they can become goal seekers, cash drawer handler, bar and floor inventory handler, and handling the one on one meetings with all FOH staff to enhance and recap all the standards and rules and especially the performance level
