Senior level manager overseeing a large automotive service facility in the Charlotte, NC region with 130 tow trucks (Emergency Response Services) operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week with state of the equipment and machinery.

Oversee pre-owned vehicle reconditioning and PDI program and procedures and quality control assurance.
