Responsibilities include:
o Defining system policies and work flows for all the departments in traveljini.com. Leading to integrating the system and people involved with the service for maximum customer satisfaction.
o Defining and Implementing CRM policies on Talisma in accordance with the work flow of the relevant service departments.
o Developing navigation patterns for customers to experience minimum click and maximum details. This strategy would eventually get the user to the transacting page earlier than what he would expect the site to be 6 months back.
o I was also Coordinating project with a team of 12 people, programmers, graphics and site administrators from the inceptions of the site thru 2 phases of site development. This process also included assisting synergy building with two remote offices in Bangalore and Delhi and Kolkatta.
