• Assist in drafting layouts and bill of quantity (BoQ) for potential sites to be rehabilitated;
• Support in cost estimation for rehabilitation works and proposal design;
• Participate in joint site visits with donors and explain technical details;
• Perform other assignments as foreseen by the Officer
