o Floreat Group is a private investment office representing UHNWI and families. Floreat Real
Estate advises opportunistic funds that targets value add direct real estate investments, run by
a team of 8 investment professionals. I was hired to establish the investment, operational and
reporting processes.
oBuilt the team’s analytical framework, appraisal models, risk management tools.
oDeveloped a portfolio model to forecast, monitor performance and understand the impact of
potential investments at the fund level. My current processes are pending registration as
proprietary intellectual property.
o Manage relationships with the SPV administrators, tax advisors and institutional lenders.
o Maintain our house view research on growth forecasts and pricing assumptions and manage
our research providers.
o My team is responsible for the administration, reporting and compliance of the fund assets. I
oversee the external audit of our funds by KPMG.
oInvolvement in investment review committee for individual acquisition opportunities, portfolio
deals and develop fund strategies. I represent Floreat on a number of potential investments in
the UK and Germany.
