• Audit for operated Joint Venture
• Policies and Procedures preparation and follow up
• Sarbanes Oxley implementation within the subsidiary
• Prepare and update the DOA ( Delegation Of Authority )
• Test SOX controls with the evidences.
• Maintain and develop sound accounting systems
• Establishing proper chart of accounts (COA), cost and profit Centers ( classes )
• Managing budget & cost control include implementing cost and profit centers for each division
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Budget preparation and periodic analyses of variance
• Develop policies and financing plans
Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk and serve for better reporting system.
• Control and Follow-Up all finance documents
• Prepare financial reporting Including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
Supervise monthly payroll
• Supervise bank reconciliations, petty cash, expenses
. Building a very good relation with Vendors & Costumers.
Cost & Budget Monitoring & Reporting :
• A regular budget follow up report (Running expenses brochure ) to be sent in quarterly basis to the Technicians including an analysis of the variance between the budget and the realizations and a justification of the significant variance to be documented,
• Optimize the automatic accrual tool to ensure correct realizations. These accruals must be based on progress/delivery on contracts/PO’s/SO’s/Call off’s and must be validated by budget-holders.
Communication with Technicians :
• Hold regular meetings with Technical Dpts. Output is a list of actions with copy to all incl. line manager.
* To deliver analysis & reports to them (Budget Vs YTD costs).
