 Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, validation, modification, invoicing, and coordination of shipping and delivery.
 Monitor sales performance and report progress to management, identifying areas for improvement in order flow and efficiency.
 Serve as a primary point of contact for complex customer inquiries and escalations, resolving issues related to orders, accounts, and other matters promptly and efficiently.
 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for order management functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
 Support the administrative needs of the sales and order management department.
 Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance service levels and process efficiency.

Accountable for Processing LPO’s, Material Requisition, and handling documentation.
Handling the customer calls, and queries, updating customers on there Orders.
Coordinating with sales team & customers of DXB branch.
Preparing sales order, proforma invoice, delivery orders .
Co-ordination for the deliveries.
Prepare cash memo, direct invoices.
Transport arrangements
Prepare invoices.
