• Maintain accurate records of site measurements, material consumption, and work completed.
• Support procurement by preparing material take-offs (MTOs) and verifying supplier invoices.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality and performance.
• Prepare final accounts and project close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for commercial and contractual matters.

Project: in -
• Conduct feasibility studies for diverse infrastructure projects, including water supply systems, irrigation channels, flood protection
works, bridges, culverts, drainage and sewerage networks, roads, pavements, and building construction/renovation.
• Prepare comprehensive feasibility and technical reports with cost-benefit analysis and project viability assessments.
• Develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings, specifications, and project scope.
• Review structural designs and drawings to ensure compliance with standards, safety, and project requirements.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work progress aligns with approved schedules and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed work plans, methodologies, and execution strategies.
• Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure strict compliance with design specifications, codes, and contractual requirements.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, approvals, and correspondence (document control).

Projects:
• Supervise day-to-day site execution of villa and hotel construction works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project
schedules.
• Interpret and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, coordinating with consultants and design teams for clarifications.
• Manage and monitor civil works including excavation, foundations, RCC structure, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration of services within structural and architectural elements.
• Ensure implementation of approved method statements, ITPs, and quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) compliance.
• Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports against project timelines.
• Plan and manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment for optimal productivity.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges proactively to avoid delays.
• Verify site measurements and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates (IPCs).
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and local authority regulations.
• Monitor finishing works (tiling, painting, joinery, façade, landscaping) to achieve high-quality standards, especially for hospitality projects.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including RFIs, inspection requests, material approvals, and as-built drawings.
• Support project close-out activities including snagging, de-snagging, and handover documentation.
