JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Study the construction (R.C.C & Steel) drawing and check out the discrepancies in the drawings and
bringing it to the notice of consultant, if any.
* Checking of different levels and steel as per drawing for different components of building like
Footings, Columns, Beams, Slab, etc.
* Calculate the quantities required with respect to the given specifications, give prior order for the
materials to the suppliers through procurement departments.
* During finishing works, calculated the quantities required for plaster, tile, stone and gypsum
works and keep the quantities report ready for them to order.
* Attending all site co-ordination meeting with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and municipality
engineer’s during site inspection.
* Coordination with Project manager, Senior engineer, Planning engineer, Structural Engineer etc.
regarding the progress of the work.
* Draft the AutoCAD work at site and also when the changes or updates are to be done in AutoCAD
drawings.
* To always focus on quality, economy and strength of the Project.
* Monitoring of site works and reporting to the project manager.
* To comply with site safety and to maintain safety conditions on site.
