• Lead the implementation of NEOM Financial Control Framework (FCF) within ENOWA to achieve compliance with all relevant internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) standards, including, but not limited to, COSO internal control framework and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate the execution of all phases of SOX compliance (walkthroughs to identify/validate key controls, develop test procedures, coordinate execution and documentation of testing, and report results to Management).
• Coordinate updates to documentation, including process flowcharts, process narratives, risk, and controls matrices, and evaluate controls as new systems are implemented and/or processes evolve.
• Work with process / control owners on design, implementation, and maintenance of the entity-level controls.
• Evaluate and analyze data pertaining to information systems functions relative to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Lead the setup of a system for SOX self-assessments and self-attestations by the control and process owners.
• Plan and manage resource requirements at each testing phase.
• Communicate and educate within ENOWA about FCF and SOX compliance and provide advice in respect of implementing and remediating relevant key controls.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEC regulations, PCAOB pronouncements, and other SOX related updates.
