• Documentation:
• Responsible of editing and language revision of the documentations
• Writing professional products manuals, e.g. User Manuals, pre-requisites documents..etc
• Professional documentation of the company’s products in terms of the Database structure, Universes structure and interface
• Creating/ Updating products installation manuals and related operational manuals
• Composing testing guides for internal guidance
• Composing internal email writing procedures
• Creating new products templates
• Responsible of keeping track all the projects deliverables in terms of customization and creation, this includes gap analysis documents, User Requirements documents, project charters…etc
• Preparing any requested training material/ Agendas and presentations
• Testing:
• Actual testing for the Pioneers Product Bank-BI® and Banks-MIS® products
• Actual testing for Banking and business deliverables using SAP CMC and Launch Pad (Universes and Reports)
• Functional testing of local and external Banks business reports
• Testing the company’s universes
• BPM and W4 Engine (Hands on testing Banking Process Management cycles and maps)
Work Description:
- Developing reports Using Oracle tools, Business Intelligence tools.
- Writing Technical documentations and User guide Manuals.
- Performing some Testing and preparing required test cases documents
- Providing Customer support when required (On Site and via E-mail)
Training:
-Internal Trainings, INTRACOM:
-Business Writing Classes.
-OBIEE Training Course, Beirut, Lebanon.
-United Technology Solutions (UTS):
-3 months training in the Project Management and Analysis Fields (Documentation and Practice).
-ITCC institution
-Oracle SQL/PL-SQL Training.
-Reports/Forms Training.
