The project is about redefining real estate and building registry in SAP application as part of the national digital transformation initiative. Some of my responsibilities:
* Analyze existing data structures for more than 9, 000 buildings.
* Develop new Data schema that serve the future upgrade requirements to add another 45, 000 buildings on the system.
* Develop a detailed plan that reflects the task, timeline and budget and obtain stakeholder acceptance.
* Managing 2 offshore teams each consisting of 10 employees in addition to 5 team members in Ras Al Khaimah through making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
* Handled administrative functions such as presenting monthly Status reports for managers and producing weekly reports to track progress and enforce corrective actions.

The project objective was to consult and negotiate with 70 clients representing 7 departments to prepare project specifications and analyze their requirements. Establish a base map and create 8 supporting applications and integrate those applications with SAP.
