i work in the proposal department
my tasks are as follows:
-Dealing with the Specialists (sub-consultant s)
-Prepare RFPs and share it with the specialists
- Receiving proposals and check if the scope is in line with the RFP
- Coordination with the technical team regarding the appointment of the specialists
- negotiating the fee to meet our allocated budget
-preparing agreements /addendum
- Regular follow up with the PM/accounts/clients regarding the invoices status
-Point of contact for the specialists regarding RFPs and invoices
-Maintain budget for all the projects assigned

- Tenders invitation filtering
- Participation in all tender stage gate meetings
- Develop clarifications, tender submittal, post-submittal clarifications, etc
- Tender Data minning, recording, submittion and maintance
- Reporting to General Manager
- Full organiztion of Tenders meetings
- Develop, review, and monitor compliance of the tenders / contracts policies and guidelines
- Contract negotiations: Payment terms-Pricing-Payment methods
- Meeting foreign companies abroad (Turkey Italy UAE Jordan Algeria Egypt) for finalizing deals
