Providing professional, confidential and proactive support and executive assistance to the Managing Director of Hayat Egypt based on understanding the key corporate decisions, strategies and policies. Handle and manage the weekly Management meeting minutes.
Coordinate General Manager’s office invoice payments including checking, monitoring and processing invoicing for payment.
Act as the ultimate point of contact and resolution for escalations where needed.
Take the initiative to deputize and respond on behalf of the General Manager where appropriate.
Negotiate with Directors, Managers and Staff and help resolve issues and give advice and information at all levels as required.
