Job Responsibilities :
* Prepare and follow lesson plans according to Common Core Standards.
* Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials to prevent
injuries and damage.
* Hold after school activities to create and raise a safe family-like environment.
* Raise emotional intelligence among students by following EVO lesson plans that target
creating emotionally aware generation.
* Keep track and motivate personal academic and behavioral development especially to on-
level and struggling students.
* Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, school yards, and gymnasiums, or on
field trips.
* Attend staff meetings and serve on committees, as required.
* Prepare as well as attend Professional Development workshops.
* Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine
priorities for their children and their resource needs.
* Have extra meetings and phone calls with parents and guardians when needed.
* Meet with other professionals to discuss individual students' needs and progress.
* Enforce administration policies and rules governing students.
* Collaborate on creating school play and annual show dance as well as directing and
supervising.
* Tutor and assist children individually or in small groups to help them master assignments
and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers especially to students with
special needs, such as non-English-speaking students
