Book /settle loans and deposits and follow-up with the concerned departments to ensure the loans/deposits are booking on time.
Follow-up with Corporate Clients on the rollover of outstanding loans/deposits.
Verify the incoming payments and obtain the required approval from the Relationship Managers.
Handle all daily inquiries and coordinate with the concerned departments to resolve all issues related Corporate Clients.
Follow-up with Corporate Clients to provide the missing information for returned payments and to submit the original requests that were processed.
Provide Balance Confirmations and Account Statements for Corporate Clients.
Implement Account Opening Process e.g. review and regularize the required documentations and send them to concerned departments.
Maintain an up-to-date list of all applicable regulations related to accounts opening and operation, maintain and report the Compliance progress on a daily bases, and prepare the monthly report for New Customers and account opening process.
Provide a proper back up to colleagues and handle any other tasks assigned by the Support Division Head.
Comply with all terms of services related to the above mentioned tasks which are available in the standard policies and procedures that related to Business Units.
Provide Supervision and Training Corporate Support Members in all above duties and responsibilities and follow up their progresses in a daily basis.
• Planned, designed and developed policies and standards on staff development in consultation with the TQM Director.
• Planned, designed and developed an effective Training Program on Quality System for Medical Health Services, for example, Staff Satisfaction Surveys, developed and provided process improvement training / orientation program to The Hospital and ensured availability of training facilities and resource materials.
• Monitored and ensured effective implementation of Staff Development Programs in Medical Health Services, monitored and reviewed implementation of the Total Quality Improvement Development plan, monitored progress of required system improvement projects and ensured targets were met in accordance with the agreed deadlines.
• Assessed management effectiveness and monitored Quality Improvement Reports submitted to all departments in the hospital, provided support and acted as resource person to Medical Health Services on Staff development, Quality Improvement and other quality training issues and ensured implementation of Process Improvement techniques within medical and non-medical areas (e.g., Clinical Performance Review, Internal Audit, ) of the hospital.
• Assigned Facilitators in each Department to be responsible for assisting in the implementation of System Improvement Program and facilitated meetings with Departments / teams when necessary.
