Service Operation:
•Ensure the smooth running of the network dealing with any appeared issue such as physical cabling issues, power outages, network failures.
•Failure Handling and Escalation; 2nd level support for infrastructure trouble tickets, by identifying symptom, and diagnosing the symptom, hence resolving the case or escalating to vendor/provider support .
•Maintaining a clear DR plan, enabling Mantrac-group to survive any unexpected sever data-loss.
•Problem solving, diagnostic of problems root-cause and fixing it avoiding any reoccurrence
•Identifies researches, troubleshoots and resolves technical problems that customers may encounter.
•Communicates with customers, using the latest technology and web based tools, to provide advanced troubleshooting solutions, to resolve technical issues.
•Tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
•Identifies recurring problems and contribute ideas on ways to better solve these problems.
