•I managed the whole recruitment process solely from sifting through CV’s that were held on the Hays database and Job websites, interviewing potential candidates, initiating the appropriate testing, taking references and CRB/DBS checks if applicable, managed the paperwork and timesheets for each candidate and provided regular aftercare throughout the contract period.
