We are the focal point of Ground Operations at Royal Jet
Monitoring the Safety of the Passengers and Crew.
Coordinating with the other Department to Prepare the Aircraft for the next flight. Observe Safety and Security Procedures in the course of loading and unloading of Cargo.
Attend and participate in the daily shift briefings with the Ramp team.
Stay updated on roster changes.
Conduct daily airside vehicle checks, to ensure their serviceability. Ensure that the vehiclesare clean, and no items are left behind.
Coordinate and organize services with all stakeholders for catering, fueling, and any other services as necessary.
Assisting the Crew/Operators needed upon Arrival and Departure.
Applying the API (Advance Passengers Information) of Pax and crew before Arrival at their Destination or arriving at OMAA. Assist the Ramp team with pre and post activity checks for all aircraft as defined in the established procedures.
Assisting them for Immigration Clearance. Answering inquiries and calls of the Aircraft Operator.
Assisting them in filing the Flight plan for each flight.
• Support all internal and external HR related tasks as assigned by the HR department.
• Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing cvs from job portals and employee referrals.
• Maintain calendars of HR management team.
• Assist with performance management procedures by distributing forms to departments, collecting results and organizing data for use by the HR management.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
• Preparing all the reimbursement.
• Coordinating to the different suppliers.
• Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travelpackages
• Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
• Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
• Answering phone calls, and greeting customers .
• Sending email and quotation to different Corporates.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules
• Scheduling Meetings to different companies.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Mainly selling used Gadgets from USA and Local Goods( Beauty Product)
• Creating and Advertising Ads through Social Media.
• Maintaining record of customers and sales
• Deliver message confirmation of completed transaction and shipments.
• Receiving visitors at the front desk
• Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls.
• Receiving and sorting of daily mails
• Providing basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/emails.
• Update Calendar and schedule meeting
• Maintain clear and accurate records of guest room bookings
• Compute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts
• Maintain a neat and orderly front desk and reception area
• Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests
• Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
