• Engaged to deliver a critically overdue ‘new ways of working’ operational training programme.
• Quickly identified issues, redefined project baseline with sponsor, created new communications and delivery plan & delivered training to over 300 staff in 16 weeks, earning a commendation by the SVP of operations.
• Conducted a full review of all training providers, led RFP process, created service level agreements and PSL.
• Gathered requirements, created SoW and product roadmap and managed the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC of the ERP Learning Management system (LMS) for compliance led training. Part of the 20 million AED (£4 million) Human Resources Oracle HCM ERP integration/transformation project focussed on UX / UI.
• Led the project team and leveraged technical expertise to deliver multiple concurrent outcomes including data cleansing, workflows and authority hierarchies via fusion middleware and ETL data warehousing.
• Ultimately delivering an award winning GCAA approved fully digital LMS ERP the first in any UAE airport.
• Proactively managed stakeholder expectations by conducting regular review meetings with Executive team, SMEs and project sponsors, mitigated risks and issues by incorporating RAID and RACI principles.

Introduced standardised document control processes and a cloud-based Project Management solution across the 600 million AED (£130 million) manufacturing project for Masjid Al Haram in Makkah.
•Instigated a review of the existing excel based shipping system, resulting in a collaborative redesign of the existing procure to pay Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system. Led the resulting change programme to incorporate AX across office, procurement, warehouse, packing and logistics functions for 2500 staff.
•Conducted UAT and delivered all end user training for the AX Dynamics release. Created department specific user manuals to ensure end user adoption of the software. Led system enhancements where identified.
•Created a data driven reporting system which was adopted across all manufacturing projects in the portfolio including The Steve Jobs Theatre Pavilion Roof recently named the Largest Carbon Fibre Roof in the World.
•Led the RFP specifications process for the purchase of stainless-steel channelling, brackets, rods and other hanging system parts running to millions of AED (£2 million plus).
•Created simple packing processes to assist assembly of composite ceiling panels circa 2500 sqm per month.

Process Improvement
Redesigned Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system across the 600 million AED (£130 million) Mataf Ceiling manufacturing project. Collaborated with IT and other associated departments to integrate the supply, manufacture, assembly, packing and shipping inventories. Automated processes & documentation reducing shipping errors by 20% improving transparency and creating massive time and cost savings.

Product Delivery
Led the software development lifecycle for the first PaaS/SaaS learning management ERP system (LMS) deployed in any UAE airport. Taking users from Zero to over 2500 in 18 months, part of the 20 million AED HCM transformation Oracle Cloud Platform Innovation Award winner 2017, the first GCAA approved digital LMS in any UAE airport.

Software Installation
Led the RFP process and implemented Aconex SaaS ERP across the several hundred million AED Sorbonne, Zayed, UAEU and New York University construction projects critical to the Abu Dhabi Government 2030 Masterplan.
