HR Support:
 Project lead for the Implementation of SAP

 Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth implementation and handover project activity
 Interpret and represent key HR policies such as restructuring and reorganization
 Manage and analyze key people data to senior management in a timely and consistent manner
 Devise a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders
 Work closely with the HR team to ensure key HR processes are followed consistently
Pre-Opening:
 Support the GM and SVP Operations with driving all aspects of the pre-opening project and work closely with other key executives and strategic partners on daily tasks as well as long-term projects
 Monitor the critical path implementation to ensure all deadlines are met and key milestones are achieved
 Develop organizational policies
 Support the development and execution of service standards
 Work to improve processes and policies, and lead the long-term organizational planning
 Identify areas to increase administrative efficiencies and develop solutions to implement
 Plan, implement and manage the company’s short- and long-term strategy internally, as well as develop and manage relationships with strategic partners
 Manage pre-opening logistics and resources allocation
 Coordinate with the development and operational teams on space handovers
 Lead and coordinate pre-opening activities to ensure a cohesive and collaborative working environment
 Oversee pre-opening expenses to ensure it is in line with the pre-opening budget and any substantial variances are escalated
 Lead continuous improvement projects involving data management activities, including managing project timelines, budget, and outcomes

• Posting daily TIPS adjustments on index linked securities
• Maintaining manual amortization of client specific securities i.e. maintaining the amortization in a certain way that client requires unlike the straight line default method that the system uses
• Running an out of balance check to identify if any fund is an out of balance condition
• Verification of Income of weekly and monthly funds
• Validating income exceptions on a tool called EMS, which identifies all different income and amortization exceptions. All exceptions would have to be individually researched and validated
• Tax Reclaims Research which involves reconciliation between Fund Accounting and Custody
• Validation of Aged Incomes and reclaims
• Locking daily funds and price validation of securities
• Assisting in preparation of management reports, internal trackers, etc.
• Assisting in documentation in projects assigned
• Coordination with RECALL (document management team) for archival of daily documents when required
• Assist in auditing of documentation when required
• Preparing training material for new hires.
• Preparing best practice documents for all tasks in the process to benefit new hires
• Coordinating with Training & Development Team to organise interactive training sessions for the team.
• Assisting management with maintaining annual leave records of the team
• General Office management including arranging stationery items, coordination for upkeep and maintenance
