To provide leadership to over 45 staff in the branch.
Supervise operations and maintenance of water infrastructure.
Keep track of water produced and distributed in the network.
Coordinating tasks of the different departments in the branch that is Commercial, billing and Technical.
Prepare monthly reports in regard to billing, revenue collection.
Ensure implementation of water distribution schedules.

recruiting staff, that is developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
Analyze and coordinate trainnings and health Talks in conjunction with other departments.
Supervise staff attendance; deal with grievances and implemented disciplinary procedures.
Maters in Human Resource Management (CIPD Accredited) at Middlesex University Dubai.
Certificate in Public Administration and Management -Makerere University, Uganda.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration (Second Class Upper) - Uganda Christian University.
