Receiving client inquiries and helping with their requirements.
Posting adverts or listing the business center to online portals.
Calling agents and coordinating with them on a daily basis,
Making tenancy contracts and invoices for the clients.

- Audit of Customer Disbursement Accounts
- Making sure each voucher has a separate link and the accounts tally with the Final Disbursement Account with the Summary Sheet.
- Uploading vouchers to the required accounts.

Receiving calls from clients and directing calls to the respective staff.

Composing emails with basic quotation and sending emails to corporate clients.
Distributing new in coming phone enquires equally between sales .- co coordinating with sales accordingly.
Helping clients with basic enquires and office location.
Updating contact details in system if required.
Making a basic report of enquires and client calls received on a daily basis.
Typing and keeping record of documents in word documents.
Helping marketing department with the companies face book and social media sites.
