- Assist in the office’s website and supervise the updating process and develop security measures to safeguard information over the website against unauthorized modifications,
- Preparing or editing office’s publications including newsletters, website updates ….etc.,
- Organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness & efficiency,
- Control correspondences, update organizational memberships, maintain office equipment
- All secretarial work for the office
Assist in establishing an effective working relationship with local government officials, international donors and media representatives
Coordinate press releases and media updates with Press community
Keep track on conferences and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs
Assist in organizing conferences, seminars, workshops and training programs
Assist in planning and directing public relations programs designed to create the public image for PPP central unit
Assist in arranging public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for the PPP unit to increase awareness and to promote PPP knowledge
Assist in consulting with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media
All secretarial work for the PPPCU staff members
