Worked in social media customer service. The role of this job is to satisfy customers needs and help them out with any issues facing. Being a customer care agent will need a good communication skills and patience as customer is always right, I have cared about the customer need and made sure that my customer will end the chat with me happy since I was working on two departments which are ( Live chat and Customer whatsaap) in this department we do handle the customer live and have good time management.

Organizing and handling financial statements of the company with a daily working with incoming bills and expenses of the company to have it recorded right away, as well handling the company petty cash daily. Working on year ends financial statement and closing all statements with the ending amounts of expenses spent and income gained. The company gave another role for me to manage as well the administration department with organizing meeting, files and calls. The goals were always achieved from my side in my turn of an accountant and always checked the company financial statement and made sure what are the points needed to achieve the company goals of income.

I was being trained in accountancy department for the bank, working on financial statements for the year such as ( Cash flow statement, balance sheet, etc.) the time of training I have learned and gained better knowledge in my major and enjoyed it more in the actual working field. It was challenging more to start training in a bank as they have more financial working and it needed to have more concentration for the high amounts included. Lastly I got as well trained in the HR department which was a bonus to me to get to know more on this field from organizing employees training certificates and looking on the payroll work.
