PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project Scope: The project aims at developing and expanding Mina Al-Ahmad Refinery MAA to refine 346, 000 bpd, and Mina Abdullah Refinery MAB to refine 454, 000 bpd. As a main contractor for the construction we are entrusted with all the General Piping, Mechanical and E & I Works Including Revamp Units Shutdown in the Brownfield area. Now the focus is on all the Electrical works and Instrumentation works (LCR, Sub-stations & Pipe racks) along with the pre commissioning activities of the pipes. So far we have successfully completed 4 shutdowns including one GRTA. The scope of shutdown
Includes coverage of activities like Tie-in jobs which includes Hot tapping, Cold tapping, Hydro testing and NDT activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Pro-actively visit site & implement safety measures-promote/ensure safe work practices.
• Identifying hazards and in planning and organizing the work such that a safe working environment is maintained.
• Identify and manage a suitable program of HSES training for all the site personnel
• Ensure that all incidents are appropriately investigated and that injury case management is administered to minimize loss.
• Maintain a HS&E audit and assessment program for the location & Carry out regular inspections of the work areas and prepare reports.
• Assist Sub contractor line management and or construction supervisors in accident investigation process and report accordingly.
• Develop and implement safety initiatives to continually improve, achieve and maintain stated safety performance and objectives.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The works include earthworks, concrete works, precast concrete works, road and paving works, structural steel erection and underground piping works. The majority of the works in this contract is related to installation of pipe rack foundations and sleepers, structural steel erection and supply & installation of underground piping in the interconnecting pipe way areas of the existing MAB refinery 2 (Brown Field).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Ensuring proper work permits, authorization, notification, risk assessment & scanning reports.
•Conducting tools box meeting, training programs, and safety meetings.
•Monitored and prevented potential workplace safety hazards through routine inspections and training, accurate and up-to-date documentation of policies & procedures.
•Inspect and rectify any unsafe act at workplace.
•Creating awareness on Good housekeeping, Inspecting P.P.E. regularly and ensure that all workers to use appropriate PPE’s.
•Perform gas test prior to start of any hot work and maintain needed records.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Through the Wara Pressure Maintenance Project, Kuwait Oil Company to provide pressure support for the Wara formation in the Burgan field as well as handle the increasing effluent water produced in the South East Kuwait (SEK) Fields. WPMP will have provision to inject 1, 000, 000 BWPD of treated produced water into 220 injection wells throughout the Burgan field. However, under the current scope of work, flow lines and associated instrumentation systems will be installed for connecting only 90 new injection wells with a maximum injection capacity of 450, 000 BWPD. Some of the existing facilities associated with the existing Effluent Water Disposal Project (EWDP) will be utilized. The produced water from the 14 gathering centers (GC) and the North and South Tank farms that are currently feeding the two central Effluent Water Disposal Plants (EWDP-1 and EWDP-2) along with water from a collection of new source wells will provide the feedstock for the new WPMP facility.
