▪ Design and work on improving the testing process and quality-related activities.
▪ Monitor team members, do reviews and work on developing technical and soft skills of the team.

▪ Create development plans for team members according to KPIs, and work with them on achieving development goals.
▪ Work on the recruitment process for hiring team members when needed.
▪ Hold learning sessions for the quality team and encourage them to study and share knowledge
through learning sessions that they hold.
▪ Define test strategies and test plans for software projects.
▪ Provide focused quality support within product development.
▪ Manage technical support requests received from internal teams and clients.
▪ Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and reporting of technical faults/problems.

▪ Perform requirements and user stories reviews, and communicate quality-related and testing-related comments to product owners.
▪ Use different testing techniques to design test cases and use traceability matrices to ensure coverage.
▪ Prepare test data and test environments.
▪ Perform testing activities on the software under test like smoke testing, integration testing, system testing and acceptance testing.
▪ Report and analyze detected bugs while testing, including all details needed to reproduce and help fix the bug, and then do the retesting and regression activities after bug fixing.
▪ Design acceptance scenarios for alfa and beta acceptance testing and running them on production environments.
▪ Receive externally reported after-release bugs, reproduce and determine root cause and injection phase.
▪ Design and maintain automated framework and writing automation scripts for the company owned products.
▪ Collaborate with all team functions, including product owners, designers and developers in an agile environment to ensure the user experience quality and the efficiency of the whole process.

▪ Develop software solutions using requirement specification documents written by software analysts.
▪ Run smoke tests before testing starts and then work on reproducing and fixing detected bugs.
▪ Troubleshooting and analyzing technical problems & reported bugs of existing software solutions to enhance quality and meet customer needs.
▪ Design, code, and test major features, as well as work with other team members to deliver complex changes.
▪ Document previous bugs’ resolutions to aid in the maintenance of similar future problems, and to share them with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.
▪ Communicate effectively with customers via telephone, email, and other electronic communications regarding problems.
