• Responsible for analyzing the received inquiries commercially in coordination with the relevant sales engineers.
• Responsible for creating quotations and raising orders (sales) via SAP different modules.
• Responsible for handling all services job (wet & gas seal -trainings -site visits) via SAP different modules from the beginning until invoicing stage..
• Inspect coming goods; liaise with Customs, receiving goods on SAP.
• issuing invoices, process shipping documents for LOC related orders in coordination with finance department
• Network and communicate with customers, other JC operations, interact with various service providers such as couriers and freight forwarders.
• Stock controller for Egypt Warehouse.
• Review the inventory level according to open sales order using BW reports.
• Responsible of customer delivery performance by follow up the shipping delivery date with the customer deadline requirements by tracking and follow up the deliveries of orders with all methods of deliveries (EW Works, CPT, CIP, DDP Deliveries)
• Handling the picking of goods from storage location and responsible to check that all of them are labeled with the required labels contains full data ( Our order No., customer P.O number, Part number & description)
• Establishing monthly sales forecasts by follow up the open orders with suppliers, tracking the shipments and finalize all shipments issues or problems on due time.
• Prepare Board of Directors meeting packets (Company monthly meetings, sales meetings, external meetings )
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
