Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
Recruits, rewards and terminates staff as needed. Communicates changes of food preparations formulas, standards, company policies, etc. to staff. Performs and directs overall store management. Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Recruits staff and oversees training program. Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules. Responsible to profitably operate the restaurant within the practice and procedures established by Company operations. Having sole charge responsibility for the restaurant.

Handling a Very big responsibilities of the employees. Training sessions, appraisal, schedule & vacations, encourage them, give a top calm & comfortable atmosphere for the team, tips distribution. Always available on the floor with direct contact with guests with a nice approach & ask for feedbacks.
Inspections by spot check of the cleanliness of the area, staff and grooming and all items labelings.
Administration skills: Requisitions, FIFO, (Materials control System), budgeting, Profits & Loss, handling guests complaints & investigate if needs.
