• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless
execution of project
• Identifies potential risk. Develops plan for alternative strategies to avoid
and minimize risk

• Analyse and define processes of business both “To Be” and “As Is"
• Design business processes and develop flow diagram using MS Visio.
• Translate business requirements to System/Functional requirements and
pass them to Application Developers.
• Complete project management activity such as not limited to: maintaining
and updating project timeframe, creating project kick-off documents and
managing the communication between the company and customer during
the analysis and documentation phase.
• Collaborate with technical team to design and generate the technical
documentation.
• Testing developed applications from a business perspective to ensure that
all client requirements are incorporated into the design.
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolve problems, publish
progress reports and recommend required actions
