During these 5 years, I successfully managed Different Type of facilities for hard and soft services Familiar with computer-aided design (CAD) CAFM software, and other software programs used in facility design and maintenance, my main responsibilities and achievements include:
• Worked closely with the technical team to ensure that the physical infrastructure, Electromechanical equipment and systems of the facility are in good working order and met regulation, safety factor, QA/QC requirements, and operating procedure.
• Development and implementing preventative maintenance schedule programs to ensure that equipment and systems remain in good working order.
• Created work orders in CAFM software, controlled asset, schedule PPM, assigned maintenance team with SOP guidance, followed the progress and completion of tasks and submitted final reports.

● completed minor maintenance and service duties during shift operation under the direction of the Operations Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor so long as it does not interfere with the safe operation of the plant.
● initiated procedures of work and oversaw maintenance tasks on-site to keep track of the project process.
● Managed maintenance on site for 3 projects in a team of 4 members under the supervision of the project manager within budget and schedule and confirmed compliance with quality and security standards for site construction.
