Customer service officer (Branch- Frontline officer)
• Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, money market accounts, loans and credit cards
• Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
• Review and explain account charges
• Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft or identity theft • Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit or debit cards
• Assist with address changes
• Act as major contact point with customers support functions to ensure smooth account operations
-Mainly working with Canadian customers on a daily basis to resolve their travel plans.
-Handling customers issues efficiently and in a professional way.
-Dealing directly with airlines from all over the world to organize our customers flights, making their trips more enjoyable.
