Assistant Auditor with respect to SOCPA program
• Responsible for the preparation of payment vouchers of all invoices, employee expenses (including petty cash), payroll, and any other payments related to government, in addition to the arrangement of the payments according to the following payment cycles: 1. Payment schedules: a. Every 10th of the month. b. Every 30th of the month. 2. Payment schedules for all the freelancer every 28th of the month. 3. Prepare a tracker on excel file for all the invoices that are schedule for payment. 4. Notify by email all the suppliers once the payment is release. • Posting Bank Payment Vouchers and Journal Vouchers. • Bank Reconciliation. • Responsible for the preparation of VAT Return quarterly. 1. Prepare the VAT Input and VAT Output on excel file for Aljaddah Holding Company and for the other TEN sister companies. 2. Submitting the VAT Return on GAZT website for each company.
