Develops and prepares Schedules, Curriculum, and Agenda for Basic and Advanced Life support courses including reference materials, slides, written and performance tests training to ensure quality programs and conformance with department. Assist Management of CARE academy and CARE hospitals in Life Support policy and procedure development and revisions. Prepare periodic reports and ensures maintenance of appropriate records and is responsible for overall accountability of funds generated by life support programs.

Research and planning phase:
 Collaborate with the Chief of Education, assists in determination and prioritization of the educational needs of various physician specialty groups and support the ongoing accreditation of the continuing medical education program,
 Responsible for the educational activity (responsible for the overall program, selection of faculty, content, budget) for which the hospital CME credit that is being sought,
 Coordinates with CME committee meetings, including producing and distributing minutes,
