Working in a project called smart learning program (Mohamed bin rashed project)
It is all about using technology to make study easier and more fun, now the program provide the student a tablet and the teacher a laptop and a smart board in each class.
My job comes where I have to maintain the entire thing, fix any problem related to the network or the software and give the training needed to help and educate.
Work Description:
• Provide support to all teachers and student in the school and resolve problems.
• Checking on the network switches and devices.
• Indicates problem related to Windows 8 and solving it.
• Communicating with the management and help disk stuff.
• Making reports about everything in the school.
Dealing with a technical system and do the troubleshooting to solve problems.
Guide the customer remotely to diagnose the technical problem, solve it or escalate it.
Managing technical calls related to network field as to help customers get their needs.
Handling angry and unsatisfied customers trying, help them through till they are satisfied.
Supervises the morning and the night team which contains 4 team members
Handling the complains
Handling the team activities and work performance
Supervises and direct a team contains 17 team members agent monitoring all there activities as:
1- Daily Output Performance such as (Hold, Not Ready, off board, and Average talk time.)
2- Customer service representative call Quality.
Handling all customer complains trying to have a solution of there complains in order to rebuild the customers trust and ensuring customer retentions.
Handling Floor supervisor activity with managing all the teams in the same time to reach all segments Service levels with the entire department.
Working as an agent first in off shoring field for 1 month (mortgage company
In UK).
That contains the following:
1- Make a survey with people to study their living usage of money to know if they are good to take mortgage from our company or not.
2- Calling customers to explain to them that they are allowed to take the mortgage and explain to them the benefits and how they can use it.

1- Helping the customers to active or deactivate any service on there lines.
2- Handling system problem by sending trouble tickets to the concerned department to solve the problem.
3- Following with the customer if the problem takes a long time to be solved.
Studying all the programming languages as (c, c++, visual c++, Network, HTML, programming design language) Studying Accounting, marketing and sales.
