Responsible for the overall inbound performance of the warehouse for MAF Carrefour (FMCG Perishables & cold storage) under the K+N Contract. The role targeted to achieve company Objectives regarding cost, productivity, customer service and profit. Key responsibilities included, assisting top management in establishing warehouse performance objectives with strategic planning. The positon also catered towards the selection, professional development, and motivation of all warehouse employees.
Plan and schedule all operations including receiving, storing, shipping, handling, returned/ damaged goods, maintenance, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner.
Ensure current and accurate inventory control for all goods on site.
Identify and implement warehouse cost efficiencies and ensure proper control and supervision of warehouse budget.
Plan long range labor needs based on sales forecasts and input from management.
Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting.
- Responsible for all online activities

-Assure that the customer orders are picked and shipped in a timely and within the prescribed cost levels
-Development of Six Sigma Yellow belt Projects focused on continuous improvement wit DMAIC reports.
I was dealing with F&B products and my client is Carrefour MAF .We operate in National Industries Park in a warehouse of 800.000 Sqft. Handling 50local suppliers for Inbound and 10 air shipments with around 30.000 boxes per day. For Outbound, handling 60 (Hypermarkets, super-market and city stores) in GCC, 40.000 boxes per day (10.000 SKU’s) Inventory & Warehouse management experience
I was dealing with fashion brands such as Armani, Bottega Veneta, Mammas & Pappas. For Inbound handling 2 40ft containers with 8000 units daily. For Outbound, handling 22 stores in GCC with 5000 units’ daily picking.
Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products.
Managing excess and ageing stock.
Replenishment Automation
Manage 30 dedicated staff members and directly reporting to WH manager.
Training and developing WH staff in warehouse activities.
Ensure that both Health & Safety guidelines and company procedures are adhered to all timer
