- El ASHRAFYA COMPOUND PROJECT (Fifth Settlement - New Cairo)
Project Mainly focuses on Building Complete Compound consist of more than 65
Building with all required facilities.
1- Providing Technical Office Support for the Site works
2- Coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings
3- Ensure the distribution of the approved shop drawings.
4- Performing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Site Reports.
5- Study and prepare requests for information for various projects, follow
up subcontractor’s progress.
6- Review and issue order to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
7- Interact with the Material Engineer regarding the material submittal
and specifications, resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other
problems that may arise.
8- Perform Quantity Survey works, Comparison of Approved Shop
drawing Quantities and Actual Quantities Executed.
9- Coordinate Site Change Requests.
10- Assist in Time Estimation, Re-estimation and Scheduling Update Activities
