Responsible for processing booking from several sources (Website, Tour Operator,
travel agency, Embassies/consulates, NGOs, emails, and phone).
• Process cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the
frontdesk.
• Handles daily correspondence and responds to customer’s inquiries and complaints.
• Testing new software, discover errors and solve it with a concerned team.
• Inventory of monthly rental contracts and process it into rental special software
for a carrental company.
• Processing reservations payments (all types of voucher)
• Preparing monthly reports for the total revenues that occurred on lease contracts
(upgrade, insurance, upsell).
• Auditing daily contracts, verifying payments and process it into the system
• Working on car rental systems such as (Rent Centric, CarPro).
Key Account Manger Role:
• Account management and follow up all transactions that occur on the account (Open,
Close, Exchange, checking mileage, gasoline).
• Preparing monthly corporate invoices such as; (leasing, traffic tickets, damages).
• Receiving Purchase order (PO) and process it.
• Dealing with corporate reservations and inquiries
• Follow up with NGOs and Corporates.
• Provide the accounting and finance team with all required invoices and payments
details, and collaborations with them reconcile accounts on a periodic.
• Processing payment transactions (cash, cheque, wire transfer).
• Prepare an account statement for companies periodically
Logistics and supply chain
•Respond to customers contacts (phone, e-mail, fax & SMS), and assist customers in theirinquiries.
•Make calls to customers to arrange for delivery of their packages.
•Register customer pick up requests.
•Provide product & service information, and other information (cut off times, transit time, general information etc...) .
•Quote customers on published rates.
•Respond to inquiries and reported problems and bring these problems to a satisfactoryconclusion (resolving problems on the spot).
•Promote Aramex products and services.
•Enter Air waybill data into the system for South Africa. Training

•Responsible for entering trips evaluation scores of RJ ground and in-flight services from thequestionnaire to the system on a daily basis, and on a monthly basis.
•Preparing report to observe the overall customer rating and service performance duringthe month.
