In my current role as Service Delivery Analyst, I have been responsible for leading the analysis and implementation of the business processes, system and telecom platform. I have an in depth understanding invoicing .Individual contributor who provides support and management of our clients fixed/wireless Carrier invoices. Producing accruals and AP/GL feeds and resolving any invoicing/billing issues with Carrier. This role includes working directly with the client and clients Carrier.

End-to-end project handling with varied clients of the UK UAE
US region providing service for clients business operations
Analyzing the data of the project and creating inspection
reports Cross-functional activities to gather information, document the.
research, and email management of the clients uploading files
like invoice bank statements, into the drop box
Direct interaction with the clients on the requirement, scope
analyses and planning for the project per due dates
full-fledged sales support from pre-sales presentations to
post-sales requirements including bid management
Collaborating with the team of research, marketing and
finance Content management in CMS by creating categories and
linking them with the necessary additional information
Documentation of the projects completed and archiving the
same with respective industry categories
Report generation on the status of the project running,
scoping, and resource management
Creating Invoices and paying invoices on behalf of the client
