I. MAINTENANCE:
1. Manage, prepare and implement departmental budget, and continuously monitor gaps, throughout the year, between planned & actual budget figures.
2. Manages spare parts store inventory, stock management and strategic stock.
3. Manages machine breakdown hours to ensure not to cross 0.5%.
4. Manages preventive maintenance schedule for the machines according to ISO/BASEC organization by preparing the schedule, budget and spare parts needed depending on Production recommendation, pending jobs and machine history.
5. Manages routine maintenance plan according to BASEC procedure by preparing routine maintenance checklist and inspection as per plan, analysis and record.
6. Manages corrective maintenance to improve the machine or unit performance on which cannot be solved by routine maintenance or troubleshooting according to ISO procedure.
7. Manages machine history record according to ISO procedure.
8. Manages cost saving vision by reducing cost of spare parts consumption, fabrication, electricity bill, and breakdown hours.
9. Control all quantitative measures & KPI's related to maintenance (corrective or preventive).
10. Providing shop-floor supervision, awareness, training, disciplinary actions, guidance while fault troubleshooting and team skills development.
11. Monitoring and evaluating work performance.
12. Interviewing and assisting in recruiting adequate staff.
13. Manage and oversee all plant section-related utilities usage and costs, such as:
Curing rooms & boilers well operation.
Chillers & compressors supply as per demand.
Power stations & oil tanks, etc.
14. Supervise and direct various seasonal projects such as machine installations, machine modifications & upgrades, roofing maintenance, machine painting, lighting enhancement, utilities shuffling, etc.
15. Control QC instruments health through RM programs, in coordination with QC department representatives. The same control is carried out for other support divisions (e.g., Shipping, etc.).
II. MACHINE INSTALLATION:
During my stay with JCC, I inspected different machineries in Germany, Italy and China for different companies like Maillefer, Niehoff, SKET, Smart company, Hefei Hening, Nanfang etc. and I am visiting Dusseldorf Wire Show every 2 years.
I installed the following machines in JCC:
1. Vertical CV Lines, Maillefer - 2 lines (VCV 01-EPL51-292)
Voltage Range: 100 to 400KV, Copper and Aluminum Conductor: 240-3000mm
Cable Diameter: 150mm, Cable Weight: 40 kg/m
2. Catenary CV Lines, Maillefer
EPL-50-289, Voltage Range: 69-132KV, Copper and Aluminum Conductor: 2000mm, Cable Diameter: 120mm, Cable Weight: 27.5 kg/m
3. Niehoff Drawing Machines, MM85 - 4 lines
Inlet Diameter Maximum: 2x8mm, Finish Diameter Maximum: 2x3.23mm, Speed: 35 m/s, Elongation: 9x33% - 4x26%
4. MV CV Line from China.
Voltage range: 6-35 KV, Copper Conductor: 35 to 630mm, Aluminum Conductor: 50-800mm, Cable Diameter: 80mm, Cable Weight: 16kg/m
5. Drum Twister from SKET and Pourtier

IV. FACILITIES:
1. Managing the maintenance and installation of water chillers from Carrier.
Carrier Chiller, GTN models, Capacities from 60 TR to 366 TR
2. Managing the maintenance and installation of air compressors from Atlas Copco and Kaeser.
Atlas Copco, GA models, capacities range from 132 LPS to 464 LPS.
3. Managing the maintenance and installation of Boilers, degassing rooms and curing rooms.
4. Managing JCC labor accommodation operation and building maintenance.
5. Managing the building maintenance of JCC and branches.
6. Managing the Transportation of JCC.
7. Managing the Spare Parts Store of JCC.
8. Managing the mechanical and fleet workshop.

14. Document departmental activities through preparation of various reports (daily, weekly, etc.), work orders, maintenance schedules (RM, PM, TpM, etc.), and other incidental recordkeeping.
15. Assure availability of any spare parts that may cause long breakdowns & production delays, repair and maintain used spare parts.
16. Supervise and direct various seasonal projects such as machine installations, machine modifications & upgrades, roofing maintenance, machine painting, lighting enhancement, utilities shuffling, etc.
17. Assist EEP (Environment Enhancement Processes) & take over its role effectively and as systemized. Demonstrate dedication to EEP rules & systems (e.g., floor systemizing & UCA \[Unsafe Conditions & Acts\] instructions).
18. Control QC instruments health through RM programs, in coordination with QC department representatives. The same control is carried out for other support divisions (e.g., Shipping, etc.).
