1. Responsible for the market volume and sales growth.

selling mythologies.

•Manage Lighting Designs up to maximum satisfaction of Consultants, Owners and Designers.
•Responsible for defining / updating the Country profile.
•Supporting the development and update of the Global Country Strategy Plan.
•Based upon the Country profile and Strategic plan, responsible for presenting the targets.
•Responsible for the translation of the Country AOP into a Partnership Plan (describing all actions mutually agreed in the country) and a Country Action Plan (summarizing as well the internally needed resources)
•Responsible for monitoring of the country progress versus targets as specified in the AOP.
•Responsible for defining and implementing corrective actions if necessary.
•Report towards the Director monthly on the status of the country according to the country review process.
Set plans for the division and Leading Design, Installation and Maintenance team on the following fields:
1. Home Automation System (Control & Interfaces).
2. Home Entertainment (Audio / Video).
3. Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion System and Fire Alarm).
4. Home Theater System.
5. Climate Control.
6. Lighting Control.
Manage Designs, Plan for implementation, Engineering, Manage Pricing, and Selling wide range of electrical and electromechanical products.
Manage and follow up all supportive departments like logistics.
Manage finance and balance score card.
Study Electrical System designs like:
Power Cabling.
Load DB and sizing of MCB and MCCB.
Design of Emergency Power requirements, including UPS, Desiel generators and Automatic Transfer Switch.
Design and Implementation of Emergency Lighting System.
Design and Implementation of of low voltage and electromechanical systems.
Design and installing medical and dental equipments.
